HONEY MEMBERSHIP

From £300 per year

Shelagh Delaney’s A Taste of Honey premiered at Stratford East in 1958. The production was celebrated for its interrogation of issues around class, race, gender and sexuality. Radical and innovative storytelling has remained at the theatre’s heart ever since. As a Honey Member you will receive:

• A 20% discount on tickets when you book two or more shows at the same time.
• An invitation for you and a guest to join our annual exclusive Friends event.
• An invitation for you and a guest to join one Supporters’ Night a year, including pre-show and interval drinks.
• Access to other Supporters’ Nights at an additional cost.

Whilst refurbishing our auditorium in 2015, we discovered hundreds of oyster shells in the foundations of our Dress Circle. These artefacts likely came from workers lunches during the expansion of the stage in 1891. As a Pearl member you will receive:

• A 20% discount on tickets when you book two or more shows at the same time.
• An invitation for you and a guest to our annual exclusive Friends event.
• Invitations for you and a guest to join two Supporters’ Nights a year, including a private pre-show and interval drinks reception.
• An invitation for you and a guest to join one Press Night a year, including welcome drinks and a post show party with cast and creatives.

CRYSTAL MEMBERSHIP

The magnificent chandelier hanging from our auditorium ceiling was a donation from the Wyndham’s Theatre. They gifted it to Gerry Raffles during the run of Oh, What a Lovely War!
As a Crystal Member you will receive:

LITTLEWOOD CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP

Stratford East became the permanent home of Joan Littlewood and The Theatre Workshop in 1953. They developed landmark productions such as Fings Ain’t Wot They Used T’Be (1959) and Oh, What a Lovely War! (1963). We keep Joan’s revolutionary spirit alive today both in our diverse programming and in our outreach work. As a Littlewood Circle Member you will receive:
